Shipping & Handling:We offer FREE worldwide shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 5-14 days to the UK. All packages are shipped using a trackable method. Once we receive the tracking number from our shipping company, we will send it to you via email.

Estimated shipping times:The total time it takes for you to receive your order is the sum of the processing time and shipping time. The processing time is 1-3 business days, during which we check your order for quality assurance, pack it, print shipping labels, and forward it to our shipping company.

Order cancellations:We are unable to cancel orders once they have started to be processed. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us within 5 hours of placing it. However, please note that if you do not email us within this timeframe, there is a high chance that we will not be able to cancel it. Please contact us at support@teenybumps.org to request a cancellation.

Order tracking:Once your order is shipped and our database is updated with the online tracking number, we will send you an email containing the tracking information. You can use this information to track your package. If you have not received this email within 6 business days, please contact us at support@teenybumps.org, and we will assist you promptly.

Refund & Return

We have a hassle-free return policy and guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund. We stand behind our goods and services and strive to exceed our customers' expectations.

Is there a time limit?Yes, you must initiate your return within 14 days of receiving your order.

How do I initiate a return?

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

 

1. Log in to your account:

    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click Request return.

 

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Where will you refund my money?We will always refund your money to the original method of payment that you used to make the purchase.

What if the item has been used?All returned items must be in perfect resalable condition. We cannot accept returns for opened or used products. If the returned item is not in resalable condition, such as if there is writing on the packaging, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

What is your cancellation policy?Orders can typically be canceled as long as they have not been processed by our fulfillment network. However, please note that our system is fully automated, and the cancellation window is very short. If your order has already been processed, you will need to initiate a return.

Can I add items to an existing order?No, unfortunately, our system does not support edits to existing orders. If you wish to add items, you will need to cancel the existing order (if possible) and place a new order.
