Order cancellations:We are unable to cancel orders once they have started to be processed. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us within 5 hours of placing it. However, please note that if you do not email us within this timeframe, there is a high chance that we will not be able to cancel it. Order tracking:Once your order is shipped and our database is updated with the online tracking number, we will send you an email containing the tracking information. You can use this information to track your package. If you have not received this email within 6 business days, please contact us at support@teenybumps.org, and we will assist you promptly.

Is there a time limit?Yes, you must initiate your return within 14 days of receiving your order.

How do I initiate a return?

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
