However, please note that if you do not email us within this timeframe, there is a high chance that we will not be able to cancel it. Order tracking:Once your order is shipped and our database is updated with the online tracking number, we will send you an email containing the tracking information. How do I initiate a return?
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
