However, please note that if you do not email us within this timeframe, there is a high chance that we will not be able to cancel it. Order tracking:Once your order is shipped and our database is updated with the online tracking number, we will send you an email containing the tracking information. You can use this information to track your package. If you have not received this email within 6 business days, please contact us at support@teenybumps.org, and we will assist you promptly.

How do I initiate a return?

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
